To be lied that room was repaired was worse than initial problem, now 2 nights no hot water and no aircon is disgraceful "

"What a magical experience we had in this hotel, rustic and cozy style, with the most dedicated staff making us feel special. Breakfast is amazing, unique and every day is something different. Quiet and peaceful with the wonderful views and sunsets. Fine dining was phenomenal too. We were lucky finding parking close, even one night in front of the Hotel, parking is an issue over all Mallorca."
