"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was always greeting at the lobby. Didn’t use the laundry or went to the rooftop bar. I like the concept of an a small apartment that will keep you covered but I don’t like they don’t provide housekeeping service unless you request it (for an additional price) or until you check out. "

"Casa Decu’s location in La Condesa is perfect — walking distance to amazing restaurants and Parque México, where people run, walk, and spend time with their dogs. The neighborhood feels very family-friendly and full of life. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and the double suite worked perfectly for our family since I was traveling with my two older sons. Having separate rooms made the stay much more comfortable for us. The hotel itself is stylish, hip, and beautifully designed. The rooftop area is especially relaxing, filled with plants and overlooking the beauty of La Condesa. It is also where they serve their delicious breakfast. One thing to note is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so you’ll be going up and down stairs often. I personally didn’t mind because I considered it part of my daily exercise, but it may not be ideal for everyone. The rooms also do not have air conditioning, though the fans they provided kept the room comfortable. Still, if you prefer a very cold room, this may not be the best fit for you. Overall, I truly loved staying at Casa Decu and would absolutely choose to stay here again."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at La Campechana, a few notes: pros - location was awesome, we saw a lot of neighborhoods but liked ours the best by far - staff was very friendly and helpful, they left us a bottle of wine because we were having water pressure issues - apartment was clean and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen - continental breakfast included which we didn't know cons - water pressure is not great, it would occasionally be good and i know the staff was doing their best, we did some research and i think this is a common thing in mexico city with water restrictions - the air conditioning unit is only in the bedroom so the main room can get quite warm, there are fans but they didn't do a ton on really hot days - we booked a deluxe apartment which appeared online to have a good sized private balcony but our balcony was tiny with no chairs on it, there was a large shared patio outside our door which was nice but we wanted a private balcony"

"Dishonest staff, no management on site, ruined our one day in Mexico City. If you value your time, do not book Park Condesa by Capitalia. I booked this property for one night based on the apartment-style concept and the Condesa location. What I got was a string of failures that ruined our only day in Mexico City. Pre-booking: simple questions about transfer pricing and early check-in took 22 hours and a follow-up email to get a partial answer. My assistant ultimately had to call to get straight pricing. On arrival at 9 AM, I was told the property was "fully booked" and early check-in was impossible. I had personally verified availability the night before — 10 units were listed as available. The cleaning lady later confirmed to me directly that the property was almost entirely empty. They lied to my face on arrival. There is no manager or front-desk presence. Only a cleaner and a security guard, neither with authority to resolve anything. When I was finally allowed into the room hours later, the security guard could not figure out how to open the door and I was locked out for an extended period. Once inside, the smoke detector beeped every 30 seconds and the AC was broken. I sent a detailed email to management requesting a partial refund. They ignored it. Then sent me an automated message asking me to leave a 5-star review. Dishonest, absent operation. Avoid."
