The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage until check-in time. They also gave great advice on site seeing - great for us first timers. So much to do so close by - wonderful experience!

Room was very hot and entire stay and hvac was not working for our room. I went to front desk multiple times and asked for a different room. A fan was sent up and it did little to help. No one from maintenance was sent and switch was made for the room. The desk clerk would read the room temp from the control system from the front desk and would give a bogus temperature like 23C which is 73 F and it was way hotter.
As a final insult on check out I asked what the temp in room showed and she asked if a window was open. A bathroom window was unlatched but not open and that supposedly turns off the AC. Wouldn't that have been worth mentioning two days before. Hated It
