Whether you want to enjoy majestic Norris Lake or you want to explore the acres of nearby ATV off-roading, this home is in a convenient location for a getaway anytime throughout the year. This beautiful lakefront house, just a few miles off of I-75, is ideal for group vacationers and family trips. With 3000 square feet of living space, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your home away from home. When you enter on the main level, easily accessible by a ramp or just a few steps, you will be greeted with a spacious great room complete with hardwood floors, stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, new furniture and an abundance of windows looking out onto beautiful Norris Lake. Just off of the great room, you will find the fully equipped functional kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. Pots/pans, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils are all available to use. Take in a meal at the kitchen counter, or one at one of the 2 large dining tables. There is plenty of room for all! Walk past the kitchen and you will find 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart tv, and new carpeting. These bedrooms are easily accessible and ensures that anyone needing to navigate less steps is always close to the action. The main floor bathroom contains a shower/tub combination. The deck off the main level boasts a beautiful covered outdoor kitchen overlooking Norris Lake. This is complete with 2 gas grills, a sink, stovetop, a mini refrigerator, lighting, built-in torches, Bluetooth speakers and plenty of outdoor seating. This concrete deck is a dream for people who want to take in the beauty that Norris Lake offers or dine and relax after a long day on the lake or the nearby trails. On the upper level that overlooks the great room, you will find the newly remodeled master suite through ornate French doors. A balcony overlooking the back of the house is a great place to relax with your morning coffee as you gaze at the glorious views of the lake. Explore the lower level family room and you will find a stone fireplace and pool table with a new 2000+ multicade full size arcade game. The sitting area with a new large sectional sofa surrounds a new 70 inch smart TV. Our newly remodeled bunk rooms sleep 4 each with full size bunk beds in each. They are connected with a pocket door that you can open for a larger room or close for more privacy. This level also has a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a second refrigerator for you convenience. Walk out of the basement and onto the porch with additional seating overlooking the lake for additional relaxation. If you want to be closer to the water, you can congregate at the firepit with a bonfire after your day on the lake or your off-road adventure. The dock can be easily accessed down some steps at a gentle incline. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF STEPS TO THE LAKE! The brand new covered dock has 2 slips and 2 jet ski ports. Use our recently added slide or jump in the water and enjoy a swim off our dock! There is a ton parking on the side of the house, a dedicated driveway, and additional parking in the back next to the firepit area. You are only about 10 miles from Windrock Park - G52,G54 trails for acres of off-road fun! Ride direct to the trailheads! Close to Royal Blue and Brimstone as well. Enjoy shopping, shows, and other attractions in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which are only about 1.5 hours away and makes for a great day trip. Excellent high speed wireless internet and cell service at this location. This is a non-smoking home, no pets, and minimum age of 25 years for renter responsibility. We have been coming to Norris lake for over 25 years and this house exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and had everything our family needed. The outside kirchen was an awesome place to gather but the dock trumped the kitchen .It was huge with high ceiling and slide and lit up in the evening. The only little thing I think the house could use is more storage for unrefridgerate snacks and food..The grandkids loved the bunk rooms ,gaming station and pool table. We traveled to Knoxville for a youth football tournament but couldn't find any reasonably priced hotel rooms. We got on VRBO and luckily found this place. We absolutely loved the location and the property! It was perfect for our whole family and had something everyone loved. From the pool table, game machine, dock and huge windows over-looking the water, this place was perfect. You are an easy drive to restaurants, stores and the highway. The host Colleen was super to work with and made our weekend so easy. My daughter left some of her clothes and Colleen made sure we got them back. My family does lake house rentals multiple times per year and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed at! We brought our 21' boat and 2 jet skis; the dock was great and had room for more! Also something to note, we had 3 trucks all with trailers and we had plenty of parking right there at the house. This was exceptional as most TN lakefront homes are very limited on parking; this one does not have that problem! The home was very clean, bedrooms and kitchen were fantastic. I had to stretch to find anything negative... The ice maker did not work in the fridge, but there were plenty of ice trays to compensate. We had two 7yr old kids with us that loved the downstairs bunk room and game room. Also the outdoor grill area was fantastic, we used it multiple times. There is a private boat ramp right next to the home, but it is very steep, so we decided to go to the Marina to launch which was less than 10 mins away. Next time we are back at Norris Lake we will be staying here again! ##### Joe R. Kitchen had pretty much anything you needed and the outdoor kitchen area was awesome. Kids loved the pool table and new multicade. Plenty of room and sleeping space and kitchen was very well stocked. The outdoor kitchen was something out of a magazine!
