"The staff was great and super friendly but the room itself left something to be desired. The walls had stains and so did the carpet and mattresses. And when my wife turned the water in the bathroom on, it was brown for the first several minutes."

"Want to call out Trina (front desk), hameesh and Steve (valets) as well so the rest of the staff. Friendly, helpful, entertaining and all around great. Rooms are nice, restaurant is good, but the staff is what really makes it great."
