The property is located in the picturesque fishing village of Beneagil. The apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The highlight is the large roof terrace with unique views, a (heatable) swimming pool (4mx2m), barbecue area, a bar and a sun terrace. The central location of this completely renovated apartment is a short walk from the two local beaches. Beneagil beach is only 100m away and Carvalho beach is just 300m away. In addition, there is plenty of choice from a number of restaurants that you will find within a 5-minute walk. From the beach from Benagil you can take boat trips to for example the famous Benagil caves (O Algar de Benagil). The whole house has been completely renovated with luxurious materials, is modern and has comfortable furniture. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The open living room with sitting area, dining room and kitchen are spacious and decorated with fresh furniture. Light and views were the starting points for the renovation and furnishing. Speakers are mounted in the ceiling that you can control with your smartphone (via WiFi, Spotify). The entire accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning and is equipped with underfloor heating for the colder (overwinter) months.
