"The house was very clean and has all the modern amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and the few people we saw were friendly. There is a public housing building down the street but it is not in use and most of the neighborhood is single family homes. The house is close to downtown and off the main road so getting around Sanford is easy and quick. Check out the Sanford Antique mall while you are here!"

"4 buddies and I needed a place to stay for a golf tournament in the area. This house was perfect! The house was very clean, comfortable and a perfect fit for 4 men. The location is great, less than 5-10 minutes from all of the major golf venues in the area. Lastly, Deanna was amazing to deal with! Great communication before, during and after our stay. "This is the second time I stay at this property. I will stay there again. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The one area I would fix is getting a new front door ASAP. Given the pin system the hotel uses, they need to get a better front door for easy entry and exit."
