Enjoy all Pinehurst has to offer! Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home is located on the 1st fairway of Pinehurst #5 and directly across the street from the Fair Barns. We have a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook, or we are located just 1 mile from the village. We can comfortably sleep 4 guests with our pull out couch and 2 twin beds. We have the ability to combine the beds if you prefer a European King. Enjoy your coffee or tea on our screened in porch without being bothered by any bugs.

Our home is located of the first fairway of Pinehurst #5. There is plenty of parking out front if you are traveling in multiple cars. When you enter the home, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area with seating for all and a screen in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea, or a beverage after a long day of exploring or playing! In the living area you will find a comfy couch that pulls out info a queen size bed, a rocker chair, and a SmartTV where you can stream your favorites! In the bedroom we have two twins that can either be kept separate, or pushed together with a convertor to be a European King bed. Off of the bedroom we have a bathroom with a shower tub if you have little ones who need to bathe.

Guest will have access to the whole unit.

We are located just down the street. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during
your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed
2. No smoking inside
3. No glitter or confetti
4. No unregistered guests allowed
5. Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm-6am
6. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
7. Please take care of the furnishings.
8. Please don't rearrange the furniture.
9. Please do your dishes.
10. Please take the trash out before you leave.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
12. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Perfect Stay with Great Location and Pet-Friendly Comfort

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo condo! The location was perfect—right on the golf course with beautiful views, and close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated that it accommodated our dogs, making the trip even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

#1 Fairway`

Stayed 3 nights. Unit was small but pleasant. It felt like unit was cleaned two months ago and not prepped for visitors (spider webs/dust) It advertises washer and dryer, but they are not in the unit (on property laundry rooms).

Great Location

Perfect condo for our stay in Pinehurst. Clean, comfortable, easy access to the surrounding area, and nice setting for relaxation. Any question I had was answered quickly and thoughtfully by the owner. Will definitely stay again.
