Best spot in town

If you're looking for a quiet, clean spot to stay with that old town feel and a great atmosphere, this is the place to stay. I stayed here for a business trip and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Carthage. The outside deck was awesome and a great place for relaxing and catching up on work projects. Overnight stay

We booked at the last minute and was surprised to get the owner of the place on the phone. Brent was very gracious and kind. I explained that we were having trouble booking online and he told us that he would make sure we had a room regardless of payment that night. This place is a diamond in the rough. I would never have expected such a nice hotel in such a small town. If you’re in the area or traveling through the area, treat yourself and stay at the Chipley. You won’t be disappointed. We plan to go back for a 4 day weekend so we can look around the area and see what else they are hiding from the big city folks.
