"Staff was not friendly. The rooms had weird smells. There were cats everywhere!!! The breezeways smelled like cat urine. Inside the room were dead roaches, hair was on the "clean" towels in the bathroom, there was hair in the sinks and bathtub. We didn't even take showers there because it was gross. We literally only slept there, if you want to call it that because the bed was so hard. We showered at our friends house. The money was non refundable and we didn't have funds to book another hotel. This was ridiculous!!!"
