  • Semi-detached villa consisting of two floors- In the first living room with terrace with wonderful views of the Mar Menor, and another terrace at the entrance. Perfectly equipped kitchen and fireplace. On the terrace there is barbecue. The house is located in a luxury urbanization "La Manga Club de Golf". Perfectly landscaped garden area, golf courses, restaurants, supermarkets. etc. Ideal for children as it has pedestrian areas. which offers great security. About 15 kms. the Natural Park of Calblanque. and to visit cities Murcia and Cartagena- Both very interesting and with good gastronomy
