We arrived and managed to contact the owner who said she hasn't had VRBO in years, didn't believe we had a reservation and didn't have anywhere for us to stay. She screamed at us to leave. The property was also way more run down than pictured.

It was as very good place to stay my family enjoyed themselves. The staff was friendly and helpful! Anytime family comes to visit I will recommend Taos Valley Lodge!
