"Our favorite hotel in Tahoe! The spacious rooms are amazing and we love the kitchen option. The location is walkable to the casinos or great restaurants. Hop on a bike and enjoy the nearby trails or walk down to the beach. Afterwards, relax in one of two hot tubs, bbq, or enjoy a swim in the pool. The staff is always friendly! On this particular trip, we had an incident with our initial room and they really came through by upgrading us to a two bedroom suite. They’re awesome and we highly recommend 3 peaks. "

"Great location, enjoyed the pool and surrounding area of lake and marina. Would like to see the property update the tv's. They're still renting DVD's. Most hotels now have apps on the tv where you can watch your netflix, hulu, prime etc. "
