Wonderful atmosphere in the hotel right next to the Shrine at Knock. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. We would like to praise Oisin in particular for going above and beyond.

WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow.

"Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit salad, fried breakfast was tasty. Staff very friendly. The one dissapointing fakt was the closure of swimming pool which was the main reason why we came back to this hotel. Pictures are still on the website althoughit hasn’t open since Covid.
