"This hotel is absolutely terrible. Staff not present after a certain time. Our room was dirty and had cobwebs all over. No comfort at all and a lot of guests live at this hotel regularly. "

"The bathroom floor had water damage, when we took showers, we noticed the shower curtain was too short to stay closed. With just the force of the water, the curtain would pull away from the tub and water pooled in the floor. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they did not seem to care. "

"Quiet area but very close to neighbors, limited parking. Imagined lake house would have been spacious. Besides that we enjoyed the property for the two day rental. House was clean, nice pergola area and view of the lake. Beds were ok, two of the rooms were to low to the floor and sofa very and uncomfortable. Suggest coasters, more household supplies and a dock to sit during the evening sunset minus the gators. Recommend for a quick, spur of the moment get away. "

"Very good location for Fla Aquarium, Bush Gardens, and Adventure Island. Food and grocery stores 10 minutes away. House was very comfortable. The pool was a very big plus especially for our grand children. Only issue was there were plug in scents. So of my family were sensitive to this and we unplugged. If these might be a problem just contact the house and I am sure they can easily take care by unplugging. "
