Beautiful, new house. Impeccably clean. Great location, walkable to restaurants. Quality & quantity of glasses, plates, kitchen equipment was great. Beds were very firm with nice cotton sheets. Could have used more layers of bedding. Plenty of seating in LR and DR. There are not twin beds on the 3rd floor, so we pulled the mattresses off of the day bed (reason for loss of star in "description".) Overall, a great rental and highly recommended!

Incredibly clean, nicely appointed, and very quiet house. We had a happy stay there while my son was in a program at UNC.
