I love everything about you. Only negative thing was the age of the property. I think you should start repairing the floor. They are a lot of things in the apartment which needs replacing. But overall we LOVED it.

This apartment is very pretty. However there is no air con despite the listing saying that there is. There is also no fan so the only option was to leave the windows open which meant we had some fat mosquitos and a LOT of noise. "This was my third time at Raízes da Vinha. Every time they amaze me with their friendliness. The hotel is located in a great spot with a view to the mountains, is spectacular. The rooms are clean and if something is not right the staff is quick to help you. I strongly recommend it."
