Great location in Cong. Close to everything. Parking wasn't a problem. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only advice is that they don't have an elevator/lift. If you're on the second floor, you will have to haul your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. Also, like most places in Ireland, no wash clothes.

This hotel was everything I expected, but the grounds were the best part for me. Walked over to the pro shop and rented clubs (sleeve of balls and tees included) and played 9 holes despite a little rain. High tea at the castle was incredible. Staff was great without being pushy.

4 night stay. Breakfast staff quite unnatentive. Appear to prioritise coach tour parties to the detriment of independent guests. We stayed here around 4 years ago and it was noticeably better then. Breakfast items and crockery not topped up or replenished.

We were surprised to find the cottage stocked with essentials and more .. we did not need to run to the (very nearby) grocery store. Loved the location and the fact that this is a working farm. La dame est très gentille, elle donne tous les renseignements que nous lui demandons mais la note de 8/10 pour l’établissement ne correspond en rien à l’état des lieux. Deux chambres sont correctes si on ne regarde pas le ménage, la troisième chambre avec salle de bain, la robinetterie du lavabo ...
