Difficult to put into words how wonderful this cottage is and the hosts make it even better. The cottage had everything we needed: peat fired woodburner, loads of character in every room, clean and warm. The kids loved the working farm, trampoline and football area. Eddie was amazing! We loved the property and EddieJoe is as they say ‘the genuine article’! We were surprised to find the cottage stocked with essentials and more .. we did not need to run to the (very nearby) grocery store. Loved the location and the fact that this is a working farm. I cannot recommend the bog tour enough. I had read about it and had been to bogs before and did not think I would be that impressed or enjoy it as much as we did! EddieJoe gave us the history of the area and even told us stories of my relatives who lived in the next town over.
