Staff was friendly. But property is dated. Asked for quietest room, was put closest to the highway. No shampoo in the shower, and the shower itself made a high pitched whine every minute or two while in use. There was a strange sticky residue on our carpet and the whole place smelled faintly of smoke. Won’t return and probably wouldn’t recommend.

The place was convenient to the service I was attending. I had only booked 1 night but was more than open to staying another night if the surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. I would have stayed because of the surrounding location ended up being awesome, but the walls & ceiling of the room were so thin. Thunderous door slamming, and I swear there was a herd of something above me. I could hear every conversation too. I'm a sound sleeper & can generally sleep anywhere but this setting really tested my patience.
I would not stay here again.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful.
There was a problem with the hot tub. It wasn't hot enough. Reported the issue to the front desk 3 times in the same afternoon, but the issue was not resolved.

Easy professional check in. Nice room of decent size. Ample parking. Bed was about average. Noisy neighbors talking out in the hallway and not quietly closing doors. Great courtyard!

The room was clean and comfortable. The person who helped me check in was friendly and asked me the preference on the room (which floor and which side of the building). The hotel is near the downtown and we were able to find a good restaurant easily. Only one problem was the room we stayed was a little noisy because of the highway running next to the building…

What a great find in Carp! Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable, and the Courtyard was so pretty. Total bonus to have a restaurant/bar on premises - couldn't have been happier with our choice.

The staff could be nicer, especially the front desk girl. The hot tub , tv, microwave are not in working condition. A little disappointing for BW plus hotel and I had been in many other that have nicer staffs and better conditions.

Thank you for the feedback, Eric. I'm very sorry to hear that you had a less than ideal interaction with one of our staff. I will follow up with who was on duty and ensure that we are providing friendly service.
Property was clean and quite attractive and personnel were very pleasant and helpful.
We had problems with the lack of hot water for several days and when we made mention of it, it took several tries for them to fix the problem. The TV screen kept blacking out every 15 or 20 minutes, and after about 10 seconds it would come back on again. We told the clerk at the desk when we checked out and he thanked us for letting him know and said that he would look into the problem with the TV.
