Great place and wonderful views. Staff was very accommodating. The restaurant on the other hand has such potential. Management was horrible including wait staff. Nice people with no leadership. Example; told by host/manager that they dont take reversation, only to watch him seat 2 tables that he said loudly had reservations.
Also watched managers joking and laughing with friends as waiters and bartender worked diligently accommodate customers. New management needed...

The best part was the one morning the breakfast staff attendant was superb he kept things cleaned and stocked. Next day not even creamer available for coffee
Did not have hot water for shower or sink.
Needed to wait to next day to see if could be fixed or move rooms which is an inconvenience with grandkid.
Renovations ongoing is fine but the parking lot and deliveries are in the way of guests.
Highly disappointed in the stay.
