"Everything was good. But we were only told after we got there that the swimming pool would not be open for the days we were there. We had chosen this hotel because of the pool and packed accordingly. No refund was offered. "

"The place smelled like oxidized sewer pipes. The beds were super small and only one flat pillow per person. The breakfast was limited and yogurt out of a sealed cup. The bathroom was exposed without a door to enclose and glass enclosures were dangerous to walk around the room. The bathroom tub was challenging to jump into to take a shower, very high and no bars or handles to assist getting in. The air conditioning was not operating, very hot during sleep."
