We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way from Rome to Monaco, this place, although only a few miles from the freeway, it is located on a mountain with narrow roads that take almost 40 minutes to drive. The check in is by yourself, there are only 6 rooms and when we got there at 7 pm we were the only people in the whole building. We stayed here as a stop over and to break up our drive to Tuscany. We are so glad we did. The service was amazing. We had our two dogs who were made to feel incredibly welcome. The surrounding area is so beautiful and rustic. The pool area is beautiful and the breakfast was spot on.
