The interiors of Villa Nicola` consist of understated and refined rooms, with furniture custom-made by a local craftsman.
The sleeping area consists of no less than 5 bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms, two of which also have bathtubs. All rooms have direct access to the pool area or the garden.
The living area consists of 2 large living rooms, one indoor and one outdoor, covered, both with kitchen and lounging areas.

The nearest airport is Brindisi airport, just 22 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating in the winter months at the mandatory extra cost of euro 36 per day.
