The villa 'Marta con pisicna' is located in Carovigno and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.  
  
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.  
  
A swimming pool is available and open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September.  
  
The property is conveniently located 18 km from Ostuni and only a 10-minute drive from Torre Guaceto beach.

#### Un havre de paix au milieu des oliveraies

Pros: La maison est superbe, idéalement située en retait dans les terres au milieu des oliviers. L’intérieur est confortable avec 3 chambres très lumineuses. L’extérieur est extrêmement agréable avec un salon d’été sous les canisses, une grande piscine avec beaucoup d’espace autour. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme pour profiter de la dolce vita a l’italienne cet endroit est fait pour vous!
