Domenico & Maria Pia were so very welcoming and hospitable. We loved our time at the Trullo. It was so peaceful and relaxing and central to other towns in Puglia. Highly recommend the Trullo.

Short stay in Carivagnio
We loved our stay at Carovigno. We were greeted with beautiful home made food and produce. We could collect eggs each day from the chooks. Domenico and Maria are beautiful gracious hosts. Property location was perfect for day trips. Would highly recommend even for a family.

Friendly hosts
Very friendly hosts, attentive and available. We were nicely surprised with a basket of fresh local produces. Quiet location, surrounded by a well maintained garden. We can recommend to anybody wanting to visit the region!

Lovely and relaxing
We had a very relaxing and rejuvenating couple of days. The property is situated in a very quiet part of Puglia and the peace and quiet was amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a real bonus. Federico was welcoming and a great host despite the language barrier. Would both recommend and return.

Tipica location pugliese
Soggiorno di una settimana in un trullo immerso nel verde, giardino molto curato... un'oasi con piscina privata a disposizione degli ospiti. Casa accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Proprietari molto gentili ed ospitali, ci hanno accolto con aperitivo ed un cesto di prodotti del loro orto. Vacanza da ripetere!!

Beautiful Trullo
We are doing a 7 week tour of southern Italy & booked this Trullo in Puglia as we’ve never been to the region before. It more than lived up to expectations. It is set in huge olive groves & has its own chickens which you can collect their eggs!! Domenico & Maria are lovely hosts & prepared a lunch for us on our arrival & stocked the fridge with water. Domenico was available to talk to at any time & gave us information for local shops & beaches. The perfect hosts. Thank you to you both. Regards, Bill & Margaret Henshaw x

Our perfect place - un posto perfetto per noi
This trullo has a fantastic location: short and easy drive to supermarkets etc., but at the same time it is a very spacious and private property. Domenico and Maria Pia were very welcoming and accommodating. As a bonus, you can pick your oranges and lemons from the trees and get your fresh eggs from the hen house. Wifi may not be the fastest, but on the other hand: isn't it great to be away from it all for your holiday! Lovely trullo - we hope to go back! Un posto meraviglioso! Ci siamo trovati così bene che sicuramente speriamo di ritornare. Un posto tranquillo, ma vicino ai supermercati etc. Domenico e Mari Pia sono stati molto simpatici e disponibili. Wifi non è il migliore possibile, ma quando si è in vacanza - che centra?! Per noi questo è un posto perfetto!

Trullo Perfetto
Thank you to Domenico & Maria for a wonderful stay in your beautiful trullo. On arrival we were met with the warmest of welcomes which made us feel at home straight away. Plenty of food & drinks were provided which kept us going until a trip to one of the large supermarkets just 2 minutes drive away. The outside sitting areas are perfect for eating and relaxing and even on the roof makes another good area to appreciate the views across the tree tops of the surrounding area- very peaceful and secluded. Indoors the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are well furnished and also had heating & air conditioning units so it was very comfortable. Ostuni is a very beautiful and relaxing city to explore & is just a short drive away and the beach at pantanagianni - also a short drive was stunning - even in April! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again and again! Best regards, Gary, Claire & Amelia

Stunning house in a perfect location.
We had an amazing stay! On arrival the owners Maria and Domenico ensured there was cold water, milk and breakfast already to start the next day they also prepared a welcoming light meal so we could just relax and enjoy the evening . The house is beautiful and very clean. It is well equipped will all you need . The pool is fabulous and set in a beautiful environment. The house is centrally located with easy access to beaches only a short drive away and the stunning town of Ostuni only a 20 minute drive. We hope to visit again. Many thank Maria and Domenico. X

Paradise, heaven on earth
We have spent two weeks at Trullo Giancomino and have loved every minute. The house is quirky,but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, we would book again because of outside! We spent all our leisure time outdoors. Breakfast on the terrace, to the pool, which is great addition to the property, pre dinner drinks on the outdoor seating by the Trullo. We did have lunch in the trullo, but it is really a gorgeous showpiece. Huge grounds of olive, fig and lemon trees. Like having your own estate. It was hard to drag ourselves away to visit nearby towns, but all well worth it. Usually went out in the morning and back for a couple of hours by the pool. On arrival we were met by Domenico and Maria Pia, with a table laden with food and drink. Although they dont speak english and we have no italian, we managed, by charades to understand how everything worked. The supermarkets are a couple of minutes away. The only negative was the pesky mosquitoes. Despite sprays and citronella candles, they managed to feast on us far too often. We would definitely come back here.....a very special place.

Super séjour en famille chez Domenico
Nous avons passé un super séjour à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 3 et 5 ans) dans un superbe domaine où les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine, aller chercher des oeufs tous les jours et s'amuser dans le grand jardin. Nous avons eu un accueil incroyable de la part de Domenico et sa femme avec un repas pour notre arrivée et de nombreux produits du jardin. La villa est très bien située pour visiter les Pouilles. Encore un grand merci.

Great place for vacation or Weekend get-away with friends
Nice authentic place in the middle of an olive orchard. Upon arrival Domenico and his wife welcomed us with a table full of local food, fruit and vegetables from the property, and a stocked fridge! Everything you need is there to make a nice vacation. There are different places where you can sit if you want privacy. I will defeated Y come back another time!

Superbe sejour dans un endroit authentique
Nous avons ete reçus commevdes rois par Maria Pia et Domenico, des hotes comme on en fait peu d une générosité et d une gentillesse incroyable. Nous etions dans un cadre superbe, au milieu des oliviers ,dans un beau trullo avec piscine au milieu d un grand terrain, avec plein d endroits où se poser!!! A notre arrivée un vrai repas nous attendait avec des produits frais confectionnés par Maria Pia, delicieux, on a pu aussi profiter des oeufs frais des 3 poules, le frigo etait plein de boissons, du jamais vu et nous avons même eu un petit cadeau avant de partir!!! Mille mercis, Maria Pia et Domenico, on ne vous oubliera pas.

Excellent séjour dans un très beau gîte
Excellent séjour dans le joli gîte de Maria Pia et Domenico qui nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et de gentilles attentions pour notre arrivée : fruits, légumes du jardin, oeufs des poules, foccacia, pain et gâteaux maison. La situation du gîte nous a permis de rayonner pour visiter les plus beaux sites des Pouilles. Nous avons passé une semaine excellente et recommandons vivement cette location. Relax
Eccomi cerco di esprimere ciò che ho provato: Vorrei innanzi tutto scrivere due righe sulla Puglia regione a me sconosciuta ! Una meraviglia , colori luce e natura ti avvolgono in boschi di ulivi e viti ,spiagge bianche dal mare cristallino!! Nel trullo dove io alloggiavo un sogno ,con tanto verde, piscina , casa spaziosa con tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza in serenità e silenzio ,in campagna circondata da ulivi e tanto di orto a nostra disposizione , vicino a 10/15 minuti da torre Guaceto , dove si puo trovare una spiaggia libera che costeggia un terreno di riserva naturale. Direi vacanza ottimale per tutti anche per chi ha bambini e animali ....

Séjour très agréable
L'accueil a été formidable et la gentillesse de nos hôtes nous a touché. L'intérieur est simple et rustique et nous a bien convenu à ma femme et mes deux filles (adultes). Le jardin est magnifique et c'était un bonheur de s'y tenir. L'emplacement était parfait pour nous, nous avons rayonné pour visiter les beautés des Pouilles (Matera, Lecce, Alberobello, Galatina, Otrante, Ostuni, Poligno a Mare,...). De très belles vacances. Mot trulli Superbe séjour chez Maria Pia et Dominico qui nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Charmante villa avec un grand espace arboré et un environnement calme. La piscine est très agréable avec un bel espace pour se détendre. Très sympathique d’être entouré d’animaux de la ferme, notamment des poules où nous pouvions récupérer les œufs. Plusieurs matins nous avons eu la bonne surprise d’avoir des légumes et des fruits du jardin gentiment apportés par Maria Pia et Dominico. Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit Pool zum Entspannen
Es war nach 2020 unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Maria und Domenico. Eigentlich gibt es unserer hervorragenden Bewertung von 2020 nichts hinzuzufügen. Der Empfang war mit frisch zubereiteten Snacks und einem mit Getränken gefülltem Kühlschrank sehr herzlich. Wir konnten uns im Garten mit Gemüse und Eiern der Hühner versorgen. Das Anwesen mit dem Pool ist weiter top gepflegt. Dank der Klimaanlagen war es im Haus trotz durchschnittlichen Temperaturen von 35 bis 40 Grad immer angenehm kühl. Die nahegelegenen Strände von Torre Pozzelle und Spaggia di Morgiccio sind landschaftlich wunderschön, sehr sauber und selbst im Juli nicht überlaufen. An beiden Stränden gibt es gute und bis jetzt kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Urlaub zu dem das Ferienhaus von Maria und Domenico maßgeblich beigetragen hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit einem tollen Trullo
Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen von Maria Pia, die uns nicht nur frisches obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau vorbereitet hat sondern auch ein begrüssungsimbiss mit vielen Leckereien und Brot. Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken und Milch gefüllt, sodass wir direkt versorgt waren und erstmal in ruhe ankommen konnten. Im schlafzimmer gab es einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Wasser damit man nicht extra aufstehen musste in der nacht, super. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, egal ob handtücher oder haartrockner oder sonstiges. wir konnten jeden morgen frische eier aus dem Hühnerstall holen, das ist echt megaa. Umgeben von zitrus- und Feigenbäumen, selbst angebauten kräutern ect. Konnte man herrlich entspannen. Der pool ist dann das i Tüpfelchen, herrlich. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Man konnte domenico jederzeit kontaktieren und egal was war es wurde sofort geholfen, vielen dank. Alles so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet nur noch schöner. Das haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles gepflegt. Es gibt einen weinkeller, wo man den selbstgemachten wein von domenico verkosten kann, sollte man aufjedenfall machen, sehr gut. Gute einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe. Grillen, kochen entspannen und erholen ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit Lg.

un accueil chaleureux, au delà des espérances. Des propriétaires à l'écoute. Une arrivée préparée avec pleins de petites attentions ( apéritif avec spécialités locales et des fruits et légumes à disposition). Ideal gelegen, schönes Haus, super Gastgeber
Ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus mitten in einem weitläufigen Grundstück mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Domenico und seine Frau haben uns zum Empfang ein warmes Essen mit lokalen Spezialitäten vorbereitet. Diverse frische Lebensmittel standen für mehrere Tage sogar zur Verfügung. Absolut zu empfehlen! Relax totale
Siamo stati accolti dal host Domenico e da sua moglie con un inaspettato e piacevole drink di benvenuto con vari stuzzichini che soprattutto i bambini hanno apprezzato. Posto stupendo immerso nel verde ,e sempre per il piacere soprattutto dei più piccoli , e non solo, ci sono delle galline dove ogni mattina andare a prendere uva freschissime!! Che dire, rilassarsi in piscina tra il verde o leggere un libro su di un amaca al fresco di bellissimi alberi di ulivo, bè non ha prezzo!!! Consigliatissimo per chi ha voglia di staccare un pò la spina e godersi un pò di relax.

Fabuleux
On ne peut rêver meilleur accueil, même à minuit. Nos hôtes, Domenico et Maria Pia, nous attendaient sur le bord de la route. Dans la maison, sur la table, de délicieuses spécialités italiennes (antipasti). A notre disposition, un sompteux panier garni de légumes et fruits du jardin, accompagné d'oeufs frais de leurs poules. Les placards étaient remplis des denrées alimentaires indispensables (huile, vinaigre, pain, biscottes, eau fraîche dans les frigos ,...). Un vrai bonheur de rencontrer des hôtes aussi gentils, aussi disponibles pour répondre à nos attentes ou questions. Concernant le jardin, le barbecue, la piscine, les nombreux transats, tout était parfait. Situation idéale pour visiter les Pouilles.

Nous reviendrons !
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances ! Un accueil hors du commun avec des produits du jardin et des gourmandises italiennes dans une maison mieux qu’attendue ! Les propriétaires nous ont reçu comme si nous étions de la famille du début à la fin! La localisation de la maison est idéal pour visiter (Ostuni notre coup de coeur) et pour aller a la plage (de nombreuses plages sont accessibles). Nous avons visité de nombreuses villes depuis ce point central. Nous tenons encore à remercier Domenico et sa femme pour ce séjour, pour ce partage et cette maison. Nous reviendrons très vite passez de beaux moments chez eux !

Cadre et accueil exceptonnels
Nous avons été accueillis par Domenico et son épouse qui nous avez préparé des spécialités italiennes , des légumes et fruits du jardin . Leur propriété est agréable , le terrain magnifique tout comme la piscine. Nous voyageons beaucoup en Italie mais nous n'avions jamais eu un accueil comme celui-ci. Nos hôtes sont disponibles , réactifs et à l'écoute, tout était réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances .Merci à vous Maryse et Philippe

Un cadre magnifique
Domenico et sa femme sont des hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et réactifs. Leur propriété est magnifique avec en particulier un jardin splendide et très bien entretenu. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais largement suffisante pour se baigner. Il y a plusieurs terrasses pour profiter de l’extérieur. L’intérieur de la maison est conforme au descriptif. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et avec des produits du jardin (courgettes, figues, tomates…) et des spécialités locales. Merci beaucoup à vous 2! Nous recommandons vivement!

E' la prima volta che mi capita di trovare una location assolutamente perfetta da ogni punto di vista! Io e mia moglie siamo rimasti affascinati dal luogo e da tutte le comodità annesse. La piscina è meravigliosa, la casa evoca atmosfere del bel tempo che fu e tutto questo è merito di Domenico e Maria Pia! In casa non manca nulla, ci sono cose che rendono del tutto inutile portarsi da casa quello che si ritiene difficilmente trovabile: qui c'è tutto.....e anche di più! Ma soprattutto, ci sono Domenico e Maria Pia, una coppia meravigliosa, gentile, premurosa come solo chi ama ciò che fa sa essere! Non sono host, sono due persone che se non ci fossero bisognerebbe inventarle tanto sono rare. Per noi è stato un privilegio essere stati trattati da amici e tale amicizia durerà per sempre! Schönes Ferienhaus zum Entspannen
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus von Domenico und Maria verbringen dürfen. Die Kinder wollten den Pool nicht mehr verlassen und wir konnten den Urlaub vollauf genießen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und haben uns bei der Ankunft mit leckeren Snacks empfangen. Auch bei Nachfragen wurde schnell reagiert. Highlight für die Kleine war das tägliche Eiersammeln bei den Hühnern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bon séjour à la villa Giacomo
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, Dominico et Maria Pia sont vraiment des personnes gentilles et souriantes. Un bon repas avec des spécialités de la région était préparé à mon arrivée. Des œufs,frais des tomates cerise, des courgettes et du persil de leur jardin ainsi que des cerises m'attendaient également. Tout est fait généreusement de la part des propriétaires. Sinon, la maison est propre et climatisée et correspond bien au descriptif, juste la vaisselle est limitée en cas de plusieurs personnes. Merci donc à Dominico et Maria Pia pour ce séjour passé dans votre maison.

Authentique, profondément humain, reposant au sein des Pouilles
Notre séjour comprenait 2 adultes et 2 enfants au cours d'un mois de mai un tout petit peu frais. L'accueil de Domenico et sa femme est authentiquement chaleureux, comme nous n'avons eu nul part ailleurs en Italie où ailleurs. Le Trullo a 2 extensions, et l'ensemble est à la fois décoré avec beaucoup de goût (c'est l'un des seuls Trulli habitable et avec des pierres apparentes), et fonctionnel. Les conditions sont parfaites (orientation, climatisation, etc ) pour affronter des températures caniculaires de la région. l'interieur est plein de charme et les deux magnifiques poêles permettent également d'envisager les autres périodes. Merci pour ces vacances et au plaisir d'y revenir !

Aangenaam en authentiek
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de Trullo. Geweldige aardige eigenaren en super ontvangst met hapjes en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het ontbreekt aan niets. Elke dag verse eitjes en even de dieren voeren. Heel erg leuk! We kunnen het van harte aanbevelen. De locatie is top. Dichtbij alle mooie dorpen.

drie bijzondere verassingen
Beginnen met het positieve: de uitgebouwde trullo is op zich heel charmant en redelijk uitgerust (op een ding na). De ontvangst is allerhartelijkst en vergezeld van zelfgemaakte lekkernijen en groenten / fruit uit eigen oogst = verrassing1 Verrassing2: het sanitair is tamelijk oud en deels, douche en bad slecht (schoon)gehouden, deels ronduit goor. Verrassing3: in de onmiddellijke nabijheid een asielzoekerscentrum. Een van de resultaten is dat de hele dag bewoners van het centrum voor de poort van de accommodatie, deels al bellend of gestikulerend, samenklitten. Erg bevorderlijk voor het goede vakantiegevoel. Al met al hebben we het verblijf enkele dagen eerder afgebroken; we konden er de rust niet vinden die we zochten.

Rispondo alla vostra valutazzione negativa sulla nostra stuttura, 1 servizi igieni sono adeguati al tipo di stile della struttura,e non sono assolutamente vecchi, 2 e sono ben tenuti. Mi dispiace che abbia,riscontrato specificamente delle difficolta', dovute all' suo stato fisico, e di salute. 3 Nonostante addia riscontrato fastidio davanti al cancello dell'alloggio,non e per niente ammissibile,da come si puo' riscontrare,da tutte 52 recenzione, che un ambiente super tranquillo.

Super Quartier
Die Eigentümer haben uns total pünktlich mit einem super Imbiss erwartet und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Man verbringt hier ruhige Tage in einer optimalen Lage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Man genießt den rustikalen Charme verbunden mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und Klimaanlage. Wir haben Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten und Eier von den eigenen Hühnern bekommen und uns einfach super wohl gefühlt.

Charmant trullo
Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour ce trullo atypique sur un grand terrain arboré et joliment entretenu avec une petite piscine éclairée la nuit (panneaux solaires). Accueil très sympathique de Domenico, très réactif et arrangeant. Ustensiles de cuisine en nombre limité, seule petite mauvaise surprise qui ne vient pas gacher un très agréable séjour.

Erholung pur!

Puro relax
Siamo stati in questo stupendo trullo da Maria Pia e Domenico.....persone stupende e disponibili!!!! È un ambiente rilassante e confortevole tra il verde avvolgente delle piante di ulivo e delle palme...la piscina è uno dei tanti punti forti del trullo...da starci a vita!!!!!!Grazie della vostra accoglienza calorosa e sincera. Casa mare ideale
Questa casa è stata il perfetto connubio di quello che serve per fare una vacanza perfetta. Piscina, aria condizionata, spazi e non ultimo i proprietari più ospitali che abbiamo trovato fino ad ora. Если вы ищете место для отдыха в Апулии, лучшего вам не найти! Гостеприимные хозяева!!!! Райское место для отдыха. Бассейн спасает от жары в любое время суток. Всё сделано с любовью и вкусом. Адриатическое побережье и ионическое в минутной досягаемости. Хотим вернуться еще осенью. Огромное спасибо за тёплый , радушный приём и чудесный отдых.

Wunderbare Unterkunft für Familienurlaub
Domenico und Maria sind wunderbare Gastgeber einer tollen Unterkunft! Wir haben das Trulli selbst, aber besonders das riesige Grundstück mit dem Pool und den zahlreichen Obstbäumen sehr genossen! Ein kleiner Hühnerstall versorgt einen täglich mit frischen Eiern. Die kleinen Städtchen Ostuni und Carovigno sind sehr sehenswert und auch die Entfernung zu den nächsten Stränden ist nicht allzu groß (etwa 10 Kilometer). Alles in allem eine rundum perfekte Unterkunft!!

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni in questa struttura immersa nella bellissima campagna di Carovigno, con ogni comfort e coccolati dalla disponibilità dei proprietari, che con gentilezza e discrezione hanno avuto ogni riguardo per gli ospiti del loro trullo, sin dal benvenuto con i prodotti biologici della loro terra.
