This is a 2023 three story luxury townhome, 2nd row at the north end of Carolina Beach with beautiful ocean views and a 14x30 inground pool with a spillover spa. Features five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and an elevator to all floors. The two master suites facing the ocean feature king size beds and custom walk in showers. The third rear facing master bedroom features a king bed and a large balcony. The fourth bedroom features a king bed and a twin. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room with a bunk bed with trundle, sleeping three. Comfortably accommodated 12 adults! It is equipped with modern technology/appliances and has an overall new and clean feel to it. We loved the kitchen space and hanging out on the porch. Only minor complaint is the beach was crowded where the house is at. However, we found a number of accommodations lacking: no chairs, tables, chest of drawers or even luggage racks in the bedrooms; insufficient bedside tables, no bedside lamps and not even hangers in the closets. So we lived out of our suitcases on the floor. Very poor, and frankly at this price, insulting. The elevator was fussy and occasionally required that we climb the long, steep stairs. We knew the pool was unheated, but we were very disappointed to find the hot tub was rarely hot. Kitchen items were inadequate.The house was attractive and very clean with totally automated systems which allowed the host to be remote.
