Private fenced yard. 2 min walk to beach. Featuring soft neutral colors, beachy-chic furnishings, and plush bedding. This bright and airy suite offers a calm, restful atmosphere. Step outside this newly updated guest suite to dine alfresco on a patio with string lighting and lush landscaping. Enjoy coffee or tea in the morning before grabbing some boogie boards and chairs from our stocked beach closet and head to the beach. Just a short two minute walk to the nearest access. Enjoy the nearby amenities without paying for parking. Pet-friendly (see information below). Our one bedroom, one bathroom private studio suite is located on the first floor of our vacation home. The upstairs levels will not be occupied during your stay. Gated and fenced entrance. We offer a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee pot with starter supplies. In addition, you will find basic kitchen items such as dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses and opener for your convenience. As this is a studio suite, it does not offer a full kitchen or main living space. This is a bedroom/bathroom only suite. Enjoy the beach flair wall decor with soothing colors and ocean scenes. We offer a 42 inch smart TV with streaming capabilities from your favorite streaming apps. We have a stocked beach closet located within the private entry to our suite. You may feel free to use any of the items you find in the closet including our beach wagon and chairs. We also have a fully fenced patio with outdoor furniture that will be accessible during your stay. An outdoor shower is located near the private entry to our guest suite. Quiet street located two short blocks from the beach. Easy walk to the Oceanfront Grill and Tiki Bar. In addition, there are many other amenities located within walking distance including restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice cream parlors. We hope you will enjoy the convenience of having these amenities within walking distance. We are also conveniently located to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk (1 mile) where you can enjoy listening to live music, shopping, rides and entertainment, fireworks and many more restaurants. The famous Kure Beach Fishing Pier is just one mile south of our home. Here you will find restaurants, diners, coffee shops, and bars. In addition, enjoy the Kure Beach boardwalk with artisans markets, a playground and other family friendly activities. Fort Fisher Area, the North Carolina Aquarium, and the ferry to Southport are also just a quick 3 mile drive down the road. Checkout the sites with easy access to historic downtown Wilmington as well with a 20 minute drive. \*\* We welcome guests traveling with dogs. Maximum of two dogs per stay. Very convenient walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. It’s a central location to Wilmington and Bald Head Island. The room was extremely nice, we enjoy a less expensive condo so we can have more money to spend on dining and site seeing. The room was perfect for my husband, dog and myself. It was a beautiful space that actually looked like the photos. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and the nearby food spots, plus having dinner on the back patio. We also appreciated the provided beach supplies, towels, and coffee. We had a minor issue the first day but the owners responded so quickly and with such kindness to get it resolved right away. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and could tell they truly care about their guests. ##### Emily R. The fenced in back yard area was so nice. We could grill and listen to music and we even had supplied mood lighting and outside furniture supplied! The room was clean and close to the beach! The air conditioning wad the best ive ever had! The owners were nice and answered my text quickly! Having a fully supplied vacation space was great, they even supplied beach supplies!
