Prime Location 1 Bedroom 1 Bath!

  • Watch the sunset on your private porch! This back house cottage is just 1 block from the beach and one block from the inlet sound. Close to the boardwalk and the famous Britts donuts!

    This is an awesome tiny 200 square feet mother in law suite, complete with a microwave and refrigerator! We are a streaming only site with free wireless internet

    All Linens and towels are provided. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops!
    This back cottage has tons of outdoor space. Also includes a grill.

    You can have the option of renting the full home to have a 4 bed 2 bath home if needed!

My wife and I thought it was just a perfect fit for us. It filled our needs perfectly, walking distance to the beach, and near many of the local restaurants and gift shops. Room was very clean and decorated nicely. Covered parking was another great feature.

This cottage was AMAZING

This was one one the BEST places ive ever stayed it looked EXACTLY like the pictures, it was very close to EVERYTHING, watching the sunrise was AMAZING, and julie was great and very easy to communicate with!! I 100 percent recommend, I plan to return in the winter!!!

Fun week at the beach!

My daughter and I stayed for 7 nights. The room was clean and very cozy. The bed was super comfortable! I thought the room would feel small but it was just right for us. The only thing I would have liked is a kitchen sink. We used the grill two nights and it was great and it was nice to just hang at “home”. We would definitely stay again.

Anniversary stay

We found the property to be just as described! However we were pleased to find that the beach was even closer than we expected! The outside space at the home is very pleasant and we enjoyed our time in the yard area very much. Carolina Beach itself is a wonderful area with so much to do! We recommend Carolina Beach State Park for some nice walking trails off the beach as well. My wife and I certainly hope to make this a regular destination for our anniversary and would be thrilled to book with Julie again!

Disappointed

The rental was as Pictured..Disapointed because all the lights didn't wwork. There was a celing light with a fan that worked fine however they fan couldn't be turned off. If you just wanted them light that wasn't an option. There was a light by the refrigerator that couldn't be turned on. It appeared to have a pull cord to operate it that was missing. The was a microwave and fridge, no dishes or silverware, no bar soap for the shower. I did call for dishes and silverware. Someone did bring some.There was dish soap. The only place to wash dishes was in the bathroom sink. The lamp beside the fridge couldn't be plugged in because the cord was to short.the dresser was extremely cheep. The drawers didn't open properly. There was an air conditioner, however no source of heat. I was there in October, the nights could be cold.On a good note, the property was in a good location the room was bright and decorated well. My rating on 1 to ten would be 6. If every thing worked probably 8, due to the fact that the dashes had to be washed in the bathroom sink.

Cute! This cottage was perfect for our two night stay in Carolina Beach. Great location! Easy access to the beach. Wilmington & Wrightsville Beach are not too far. Enjoyed antique shopping & the local restaurants. The best seafood is at Michael’s Seafood & best pizza is at Riko’s.

We never got the email with the check in code and didn’t realize that until we were at the door. After about 45 mins of calling vrbo support and the owner we finally got in. Our stay was amazing!
