Welcome to PierView Luxe Retreat, a stunning 3-bedroom condo nestled on the vibrant north end of Carolina Beach. Completed in 2025, this brand-new construction offers the perfect blend of upscale comfort and coastal charm. Designed with families in mind, the space features high-end furnishings that are both stylish and inviting — making it easy to relax and unwind. Condo sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. One PET allow

Enjoy sweeping views of the iconic North End Pier, where you’ll find a waterfront restaurant, and live music just steps away.

This property features a commercial elevator to accommodate all guests. The pool & hot tub are open May - September.
The beach access is located just beyond the he pool. There are retention rocks for erosion at the beach and there is a path to the beach to the OF LEFT if you are looking at the ocean. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and toys NOT provided

Great location away from the Boardwalk steps to the beach. Perfect weekend getaway.

Great location. Away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough that you can take care of what ever you may need. The resort restaurant is a little gem. Dinner is excellent and the view is quite nice. Resort pool is large and staff is friendly. The tide really can take the water far out from the main beach but it is the best time to go exploring. The flat areas are covered in crabs and clams. There are shells all over the place. Birds are all over eating and you can take some nice long quiet strolls on the beach.
