Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and only a few short blocks to the beach, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, pet-friendly townhome is sure to make a wonderful first impression. It’s perfect for a small family or two trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The first living level of this townhouse greets you with a cozy open living space perfect for entertaining while preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. This home boasts Smart TVs and clean open spaces, along with a fenced in yard and outdoor shower. Don't forget your K-cups as they also provide a Keurig coffee maker. Down the hall there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The upper level of this property has a kid’s room with a Twin bunk bed plus a twin and a full bathroom. The beautiful master bedroom has a King-sized bed and private on suite bathroom. Balconies on both living levels are great for sipping a beverage while watching the sun set! There is a sleeper sofa in the den if you need the extra bed. The best part of this wonderful family home is the furnished outdoor living area that really makes you soak up the island life. It is a 5 block walk to the beach access, which was not a problem for most of our group, but can be for someone not able to walk long distances. The boardwalk is 1.2 miles from the property-a short drive but also walkable. We received notification while traveling that the dishwasher was not functioning but would be repaired during our stay. The dishwasher was not able to be repaired, so we had to wash dishes the entire time we were there-not something you want to do while on vacation. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was great. One thing that was frustrating in the beginning was getting into the house. The email I received with information about the house said I needed to go to the real estate office to get parking passes and enter a code to get into the house (the code was not listed). I got to the real estate office after hours which was fine because the email said my parking passes would be in the after hours box. When I entered the code, I saw that my parking passes were not in there and I had no code to get into the house. Luckily, I got in contact with the emergency maintenance request option and was able to talk to someone that connected me with the on call property manager. She told me that we didn't need parking passes and was able to get the code, which was great! But it also would have been nice and less stressful if that information was known ahead of time. We were on the verge of getting a hotel room because we didn't know if we would be able to get in touch with anyone in time. Also, some of the sheets in the house were missing. There were towels in place of the sheets, which I'm assuming was an accidental oversight. Not a big deal, but I wanted to let you know that for the future.
