The property is across the street from the ocean, and just steps away from the beach access with a lifeguard stand. Both levels of this cottage may be rented individually or as an entire home. "Henson - Lower" is the first floor and features a ramp entry, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen, living and dining area. "Henson - Upper" is the second level and also features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a large kitchen and living and dining areas. In the lower unit, the primary bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. The additional two bedrooms feature a Full bed and a one with two Twin beds. Upper and lower levels are both accessed from outside. Each floor has a large open porch with swing, rockers, table and chairs. There is an outdoor shower shared for both units and a designated golf cart parking and charging station with room for two carts. Upon request a portable crib and high chair can be made available. Come experience beach living the way it used to be, you'll be glad that you did!. Simple, efficient, and close to the sand and water. Lovingly maintained with great respect to it's history while also keeping it relevant for today's more discriminating guests, this home is made for making wonderful memories with your family. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. Occupancy: 6 Stay Restrictions: Saturday/Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum three night stay other seasons. Renter Requirements: Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Groups of unrelated occupants that do not reside in the same primary residence must be 30 years old. Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins Parking: Parking behind home for three vehicles Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed. Prohibited: Smoking. Has a breakfast sandwich take out half a block, good quick morning eats. Would like a little more sound proofing between floors. I was on the bottom floor, which has a nice covered front porch and swing. Plenty of room to have a family sit and eat outside. Would stay again, except we missed our dog. The unit is very well-maintained, the kitchen is well-equipped, and it's a great spot for a relaxing vacation.
