Overall, I’m extremely impressed with everything including the high standards location and amenities. Cleanliness were very good apart from some surfaces needed a little dusting and one of the bedroom lamps didn’t work though again, overall the standards are extremely high and I’d certainly recommend future guests and I’d certainly return."

"What a terrific spot! The bar was comfy, and cosy; the room clean, and tastefully decorated with a comfy bed, and wonderful view of the viaduct and Whernside. And, the fish & chips - exceptional! For us, the staff made our stay, Will, Courtney, Angela, & Val, couldn't do enough for us, despite a very busy bank holiday weekend. "Beautiful place, beautifully clean. Really comfortable bed, great breakfasts and amenities in the room and bathroom. Maria was absolutely lovely (didnt meet Kevin, i think he was away on business). I really felt welcomed and nothing was too much trouble, i felt very spoilt. She recommended places to eat and visit, and provided me with a map and leaflet for some of the areas. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. X"
