The centre of Carnac-Plage and its shops are approximately 750 m, the thalassotherapy also, the supermarket and the village of Carnac 2 km. Auray and its station are about 15 kilometres away. On the first floor, three-room apartment, with a surface of 75 m² comprising: Entrance with console and storage. Living room with equipped kitchen (refrigerator with small freezer compartment, electric hob 4 burners, oven, microwave, kettle coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine) open to dining room, and living room with TV. Bay window opening onto a large west-facing balcony, partially covered. From this balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Quiberon. Bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: \- Mezzanine with 140 cm bed. \- Room with 140 cm bed. \- Bedroom with 3 single beds (2 in 80 cm/ 1 in 70 cm). Room for bicycles. 1 parking space. Capacity of the apartment: 4 to 5 people Wi-Fi: NO Individual electric heating Arrival: 4 pm-6 pm Please inform in case of late arrival. Deposit: 400€ to pay on site.
