the hotel was beautiful. the staff were very polite and on point. the rooftop resteraunt service was horrible, food was limited and the service was just slow which definitely left a bad taste in my mouth

This was our 3rd visit and we enjoy it every time. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist.
This visit we were a bit disappointed with the room. It was on the 2nd floor and seemed more like a room that would have been great for a family, or guests with pets, as it was somewhat secluded. No view, no balcony, a tub that appeared to need to be unclogged, and a very loud ice machine.
We will definitely return, but make sure room is like the ones we previously had there.
Again, no reflection on the staff, they are always wonderful.
