Hotel is beautiful- rooms huge. Hope you get sunny days t though because the pool is gorgeous (and honestly, in the rain, there is not much to do in the area).

This property is gorgeous. There are beautiful, high-end restaurants and wineries nearby. We are so glad we added this to our trip.

This property is a beautiful area, surrounded by nature. It’s a very pretty Resort. Unfortunately the property needs to be kept up better. Over the years it has become old and deteriorated, they need to do a better job to maintain it fix what coming apart. Overall from the outside, beautiful, but once you started to see it needs slit if work and they aren’t doing a good job to maintain and a bit of lack in cleanliness. Lots os super webs everywhere. Staff was good and friendly. Thank you

Place peace-full rocio 10/10 but food ok the only thing missing the rest good spaces in rooms clean need updated but good overall all the worker in the mantenience 10/10 the have the place pefec clean

Excellent stay

Great location in a forest. Very peaceful with beautiful sunsets over Rio Plata. Very big suites with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Lovely big swimming pool. Good fitness facility.

With a building that looks more like a work of art nestled in a forest, the resort is a unique experience! You can see that the building is a little aged and in need of some maintenance, but nothing that would lose the shine of the place.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, com produtos de qualidade e bem conservado. O hotel é muito bonito Para viagens com crianças, o kids club é bonito e com possibilidade de atividades manuais como pintura, mas funcionava somente no final de semana

O hotel é um antigo Four Seasons e isso fica nítido nas instalações. Os quartos são absolutamente magníficos, enormes, com todas as cortinas automatizadas, uma banheira de casal que realmente cabe o casal, chuveiros interno e externo, vista e acesso a área externa maravilhosos. Eles usam os sais de banho mais cheirosos que já vi em minha vida! O nascer e por do sol são um espetáculo e a noite é possível ver muitas estrelas. Tantas que eu inclusive tive a sorte de ver uma estrela cadente! A propriedade fica dentro de um condomínio e tem acesso a áreas privadas de praia, mas são praias no Uruguai, então não espere beleza do Caribe. Há muitas árvores e trilhas para caminhadas/corridas. A equipe da recepção foi maravilhosa no atendimento, desde antes da minha chegada, me ajudando via whatsapp a reservar transfer e tudo mais que precisasse. Sem nem eu solicitar, me deram early check-in e late check out. A academia tem parelhos de musculação antigos mas totalmente funcionais e que permitem um treino completo. Os aparelhos de cardio são mais novos. A área da piscina aquecida e sauna é realmente beeeem aquecida e preparada para o inverno. A piscina externa também estava muito bem cuidada e é belíssima. Negativos: não tem um mapa das trilhas e caminhos dentro do resort. As bicicletas não podem sair do resort e as vinícolas estão a menos de 15 minutos de pedal de lá. No 1o dia não teve buffet de café da manhã devido a baixa ocupação

Quarto amplo com dois pisos. Piscina interna aquecida, a externa é fria. Falta de descrição do consumo no check out. Café da manhã sempre atrasado... apesar do lugar ser bonito, precisa melhorar os recursos humanos em termos de pró-atividade (são educados, mas falta um gerente para agilizar o sistema de atendimento). Entendo que é uma área mais erma do país. Sugestão apenas.

Um hotel a ser conhecido e desfrutado

Hotel muito confortável e de beleza natural exuberante. Por ter me hospedado fora de temporada, o local estava bastante vazio, prejudicando o funcionamento de um bar muito bonito. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pelo porte do hotel. Preços de refeições e bebidas não muito amigáveis.
