"Place was really beautiful! Location is right in the cliff of Pacific Ocean with 180 degree views. Incredible sunsets, great restaurant with friendly staff. Would def go back!!!"

"Hotel was good location. Rooms were generic at best, but clean. As quaint and artistic as Carmel isfamous for, I expected more character and imagination in room decor....this was dismal. Bed was comfortable enuf and shower was good. Kudos to staff for all the lovely flowers on the property and having parking was a big plus in this city ! This was my 10th trip to Carmel over the last 40years, so I do have pretty good reference points for my review. It's a wonderful little city tho, anywhere you stay!"

"This was a magical place to stay in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The courtyard is lovely with sun, shade, ample seating, and beautiful, well-maintained flowers and plants. The room was lovely, quaint, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the fireplace worked great. The location is unbeatable! We were just steps away from all the main sights, restaurants, and shops in town. The front desk staff was immensely kind and helpful with great recommendations for dinner. We loved our stay and highly recommend!"
