When we arrived they had no record of our reservation through Expedia, where the hitch was im not sure. At first they said there was no room at the Inn. They changed their tune when grandpa was wheeled in, in a wheel chair. Im sure if he wasnt in one of the room they would have turned us away.

a) The bed cover smelled so bad I had to remove it and put it away in a corner of the room b) The TV was lagging c) The wifi signal was very poor/sometimes inexistent d) There was a water service interruption the morning of the check out

This property was fine. Clean enough and a place to sleep. Exactly what you would expect from the price. Nothing bad or gross, just an ok place, which is exactly what the price gets you.

No one was there to check us in. No one answered the phone. Im honestly not even sure if this place is still in business. Would have been nice to know before driving 14 hrs there. Had to and find a different hotel that had a room available

It was good. The water was hot. The heater warmed up the room fast. But was good we didn't have food to keep as the fridge was not cold at all. We just didn't use it. It's a nice quiet spot, close to stores and restaurants. Thank you. We booked online with good success.

Check in was fine. Sheena, the receptionist was very nice. When we got into our room, the smell was horrible! Very musty! Unable to turn on the lights, as they were unplugged! I had to move the bed to plug in the light! Upon moving the bed, the filth that was behind the bed was awful! When plugging in the light, I got shocked. The cord to the light had electrical tape on it! Unable to turn on the heat, my husband and I were freezing. Went to the office to request a room change, the receptionist didn’t know how to handle the situation! I told her the room was disgusting and the smell! Glad I had a can of air freshener with me, but didn’t do much good! Asked the receptionist to have the owners come to our room when they returned. Neil, the owner finally showed up, he took the heater apart and said someone broke the switch, which he replaced. I made sure to tell him that we did not break it, as we have been sitting there for 2 hours freezing! He never acknowledged my request for a different room! Also, not sure the last time the shower curtain was changed, as I found a dollar bill hanging on the rod! Neil gave me $5.00 back before he left. This place looks nice on the outside, but inside is a totally different story! Needs much updating! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Don’t stay!!
Was very dirty. Smelled. The toilet Wouldn’t flush well. There was pee on the bathroom vanity and the tub was chipping and dirty. Don’t get me started on the Uncomfortable bed and the condition of the mattress . Very gross. Will not stay there again!!!!

No frills hotel
While the hotel was a no-frills kind of place, it did have a fridge and microwave which surprised me. Overall the room was clean, except one of the towels looked like it had dirt all over it....maybe it was stains that wouldn't come out? The place could use some tlc in the bathroom area ....new paint, better towels( the ones supplied were thin and scratchy).

This was a horrible hotel to stay in. No daily room cleaning. If you wanted clean towels you had to take the dirty ones back to the office. No large trash bags to place all trash in. Bathroom very tiny. I will never stay in this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

No housekeeping offered entire stay which was 8 nights! Had to go to desk to get toilet paper and clean towels bag our own trash day 5 toilet started leaking at floor seal. Air conditioning did not work no microwave or breakfast as advertised in app no coffee in room or anywhere else on property

It was a place to sleep, advertised breakfast, but was told they were remodeling so no breakfast that is why the rate was so cheap. No food in vending machines. Also took my credit card for payment. No eye contact, no suggestions as to where to eat. Seemed to be bothered that he had to wait on us at all.

The room had a terrible smell. Tiny tiny bathroom. The tub and sink in desperate need to be replac d. I did not feel comfortable to take a shower. Bedspread visibly soiled. Carpet left the bottom of my socks literally black. No safety lock on door... deadbolt only.
