"Terrible. Do not book! The staff were rude, room was dirty and not as advised. The other guess were sketchy, felt so unsafe! The lift didn't work and kept glitching, went to enter the lift and was told i was too heavy and to get out??? (i am not fat??) Overall terrible, as soon i checked in i was already planning the review i was about to write. AND the pool, suana and gym were closed the entire time!!!! (It wasn't even advised) "

"Communication is very bad. Informed that i need to use pool before visit through emails before my stay. But i was not given to access to pool due to weekends. Call, chats and emails didn't work. My son was so upset.
And there are lots of small damages in the room.
Only good thing about property is its near to city."
