Facing the beach with beautiful, unobstructed ocean views, our Carlsbad home offers a front-row setting for your coastal getaway. Watch the waves from the large upstairs balcony and stroll a few blocks to the shops and restaurants of Carlsbad Village.

The home features two spacious king bedrooms plus a connecting upstairs bonus bedroom with a trundle bed containing two twin mattresses. The bonus bedroom is accessed only through the upstairs king bedroom and has its own doors that close for privacy—a convenient layout for families.

LIVING AND DINING
The spacious, open-plan living area includes new hardwood flooring, a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable family room with a gas fireplace. Enjoy ocean views, meals together, and relaxing evenings by the fire. The living room and both king bedrooms each have a 55-inch smart TV. Children’s games and a selection of books are also provided for relaxed time at the house.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Coffee, sweeteners, cooking oil, and a selection of spices are also provided.

BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home is arranged over three floors, connected by stairs.

Downstairs king bedroom: A spacious bedroom with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a desk and chair.

Upstairs king bedroom: A spacious bedroom with a king bed and access to the connecting bonus bedroom.

Upstairs bonus bedroom: A bright room with natural light and a trundle bed containing two twin mattresses. Its doors close for privacy. Access is only through the upstairs king bedroom; there is no separate hallway entrance. Guests staying in the bonus bedroom must pass through the king bedroom to enter or leave.

BATHROOMS
Two newly renovated full indoor bathrooms feature walk-in showers. There are no bathtubs. Bath towels and bath products are provided. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after the beach.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy our private, enclosed backyard with palm trees, a picnic table for outdoor meals, and a five-burner gas barbecue. The large upstairs balcony offers a beautiful setting to relax and watch the waves.

BEACH GEAR AND BIKES
We provide five adult bikes, two child-sized bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys to help you enjoy your time by the coast.

PARKING
The home includes a two-car garage plus driveway parking for two additional cars. The driveway provides an option for larger vehicles that may not fit in the garage.

LAUNDRY
The home has a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

COASTAL COMFORT
The home does not have air conditioning. Ocean breezes generally help keep the home comfortable, and three floor fans are provided. During unusually warm weather, indoor temperatures can rise.

LOCATION AND NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
Enjoy a front-row coastal setting, with the beach right across the street and the restaurants, cafés, and shops of Carlsbad Village less than a 10-minute walk away.

Beyond the beach, explore LEGOLAND California, SEA LIFE Aquarium, and the seasonal Flower Fields. The area offers popular surfing beaches, golf courses, and opportunities for pickleball and tennis.

Explore nearby coastal communities such as Oceanside, Encinitas, and Del Mar, home to the Del Mar Racetrack. Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve offers scenic coastal trails, while La Jolla and San Diego provide more options for day trips.

For flights, consider both San Diego International Airport (SAN) to the south and John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Santa Ana, Orange County, to the north. Both are options for reaching Carlsbad, giving you flexibility when comparing flights.
