Immediate access to two coastal walking/biking paths. 1/2 mile from central downtown Carlsbad, 300 meters to the nearest restaurant. Easily sleeps 2 families and kids. This is a Class A home, in top condition, with everything you need already in place. Downtown Carlsbad is vibrant and full of fun shopping, craft food and breweries. Ice cream, sightseeing, speakeasy, its all a short walk from your vacation home. Master Bedroom is on its own floor with sweeping unimpeded whitewater ocean views. Master terrace with ocean view front and center. Sleep Number king size bed, sitting room, walk in closet are all a part of the Master Suite; on its own floor. The second level has two lovely bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The southern second floor bedroom has three windows, two of which are ocean view. You can literally sit in bed and look at the water from this second bedroom. It is adorned with a Sterns and Foster king bed, dressing table as well as an ample closet. It accommodated kids and grandkids with everything we could have wanted or needed. The premises were clean and well cared for, both beautiful and practical. The house was impeccable, very clean, and the various views were wonderful. Super easy access to the beach that was not too crowded. Our only gripe is we did not stay an extra day 😀. Could not of asked for a more relaxing vacation and a place to stay that was clean, and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. The place was just as advertised and check in was easy. We walked to dinner and coffee. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach for runs and surfing. Loved the upstairs porch to watch the surfers! It’s big enough to have extended family or friends stay with you. It is so well stocked , you will have anything you need. Best place we have rented for a vacation. Beautiful property overlooking the ocean. Close to everything. Clean, modern and includes everything you need for a beach vacation - towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, kids toys, you don’t need to bring anything. Thane is the absolute best as a host. Our stay at this house was awesome all the way around. The manager Thane was attentive and spot on with check in instructions and with what to expect. The home had everything you would want and more and was steps from the ocean. We had ocean views from every part of the house and the owners have thoroughly went through the home to ensure guests are well taken care of. House was immaculate, tastefully furnished and located across the street from the beach. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and linens. Easy walk into town; never used our car for the whole time. Spacious garage so parking and unloading was easy. Views of the ocean and outdoor balconies made it so special. Would highly recommend this property. Owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Spacious enough for families with children. This home has everything you could need for a rental property! What we loved so much was the detailed communication available on the listing and website, but also at the home. There are some great features of the home, and everything is clearly and professionally labeled and explained. It doesn’t leave you guessing how to figure something out. It was clean, had plenty of space and had plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc. for us to use. My family and I arrived late due to travel delays. The ease of check in was very much appreciated and went flawlessly. The property managers could not have been nicer, always quickly responding to any questions we had. They were also kind enough to reach out to us after knowing we arrived a day late to assure all was going well. I have been amazed at how a skilled photographer can make an average property look first class. This is not one of those properties. Everything is as advertised. The host is one of the most responsive I've ever dealt with. The only picture missing is the amazing sunsets from the two balconies. 5 stars all the way. ##### David S. Whenever I had a question I always got a quick reply. We were missing a few small items and the owner was on top of it. The house is clean and supplied with everything you need. There are a lot of stairs but easy to manage. It was nice having the different levels because we had 2 under 4 and after long days, it was nice that they could take a quick nap peacefully. My daughter said that the owner thought out everything from the baby gates to the outside shower to rinse off. This is not just a rental but a home. The beach wagon was perfect along with many toys and chairs. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home in our favorite beach town! ##### Carol B.
