You don’t hear the nearby freeway. Front and side yards are lovely and useful. Strong internet. Parking is a plus. Nice location. But we were disappointed there wasn’t Netflix, Prime, etc. (must use your own account), and no simple pantry or laundry items (spices, oil, detergent, etc.). It seems those things are standard in other rentals and would have been nice to have. There was the mild smell of a water leak/mildew that we informed the manager about. Small negatives.
