### Luxury Villa - Studio I

Our gorgeous newly renovated unit sleeps up to 3 people. Steps away from beautiful Carlsbad beach and all of the amazing shops and restaurants Carlsbad Village has to offer.   
  
This is our only unit without a balcony/ocean view or a full kitchen. Please be aware that we can only welcome small dogs under 25 pounds, and there is a cleaning fee of $150\. No other animals are accepted at this property. (BLRE005467)  
  
We are steps away from the beach. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops in famous Carlsbad Village. Please be aware this unit does not have a balcony or full kitchen.  
  
Your host is available by Airbnb chat, text, and phone.  
  
Southern California enjoys temperate climate year-round. There is no better place to enjoy fall, winter and spring than on the sandy beaches of Carlsbad.  
  
All day long you can catch dolphins, pelicans, sailboats, and surfers frolicking in the waves. Watch spectacular sunsets while lounging on your oceanfront patio and keep a watchful eye on the kids playing on the beach while you relax in paradise. Everything you need for a memorable family beach experience is within reach from this apartment.  
  
Street Parking available, free of charge. Garage spaces are for additional fee and based on availability.  
The only animals allowed are service dogs under 25 pounds.
