Everything was clean, the place was modern with a great kitchen. The kitchen had everything in it you would need and more. Walking distance to Carlsbad Village and the beach. ##### Leslie P. The condo was nice, clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The entire process from beginning to end was easy. We really enjoy the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Great location. Very clean. Has everything you need. My only issue was that this particular unit has an odd parking space near the courtyard. It’s fine for a compact car, but was difficult to maneuver my small SUV into. This is the second time we stayed here. Nice, clean and beautifully decorated. A 5 min walk to restaurants. Stairs are located 100 feet away to the beach. The umbrellas were all broken, but thats ok. There was a group of obnoxious partiers the first night, located next door to us and a younger couple with an infant. But they toned it down. The bad part was that VRBO double booked us in a different unit then refunded our money without a message or notice. We were scrambling to find another place the night before we left.
