The accommodations were very nice, updated appliances, everything you would need. The beds were really comfortable with nice linens, and the air conditioners in each bedroom worked really well (no A/C in the living area). The only "hiccup" we had was the electronic lock on the front door...it was acting flakey and we had a few issues locking and unlocking the door, but the owner was very responsive, and gave us a traditional key to use in the meantime, until they got it fixed. This is a small property tucked away but VERY close to the beach (just across the street). It feels basically like a suite in a hotel but you have a full kitchen. Not all parking is covered (which was a bummer for us because it rained most of the time we were there) but we were grateful to have parking at all. The floors always felt sandy but that's to be expected with such a beach-adjacent property. Linens were clean and towels plentiful. Beds were pretty standard in terms of comfort. Check in process very easy - they text you with the door code. You can text that same number and they will respond very quickly to any questions you may have. Was so happy to learn that there was literally no check-out process, ie. you don't have to take out the garbage or strip the beds. ##### Kimberly C. We stayed in this apartment for approximately 6 nights and 7 days. Breaking it down:The apartment: Was okay. Met our needs, was clean but slightly dated. Master Bed was pretty firm. Noise was okay, one night woke up to a screaming baby and 50 cent in Da Club blasting for a few minutes. Subsequent nights we closed the window & put the air conditioner on. The people below us were fussy, didn’t like my 8 yr old stomping on occasion (yes we told our Son to be respectful and knock it off) but the people felt it necessary to bang on the ceiling below us to “let us know” they could hear us. We weren’t loud and half the time were out and about and not even in the apartment. The amenities were nice except a commune of Arizona people managed to claim the communal space and every time we went to the courtyard the Male Arizonians had babies in their hands and were friendly but gave a “git” vibe. The parking was tough. We have a Suburban and there are designated spots that are really tight for big vehicles. we had to let the kids out and then park cause we could barely open the doors when parked. We did laundry in the laundry which was free and clean. This helped our dirty clothes situation tremendously. The location was the best part, close to the village, very convenient. Overall nice but for the same price I might consider staying in what would be a fairly nice hotel equivalent next time. ##### Sarah C. The shared patio/courtyard was awesome. We really appreciated having a nice laundry facility that was included with the rental.
