This townhouse offers a natural light, featuring a bright living area with updated kitchen. You will have an access to a pool, spa, and BBQ area. Minutes away from Carlsbad beach and other gorgeous beaches, hiking trails, tennis courts, Legoland @California, San Diego Botanic Garden, Flower Fields of Carlsbad, restaurants, shopping center and outlets, freeways. Long term only (min a month). Cat or small dog (up to 25lb) welcomed. All utilities included except gas and electricity. One car garage space included.

Wonderful Carlsbad condo

The condo was very comfortable and has great views of back country and wildlife preserve. Trail heads just a block a way and range from easy to difficult treks. Very convenient location to all freeways and shopping and dining. Would stay here again. Host is very responsive and friendly.
