### Steps to the sand & cool Pacific Ocean Upgraded

Ideally located just a block to the sand & cool blue Pacific Ocean in Carlsbad. Walk to the train station, Carlsbad Village, great shopping, restaurants, & nightlife from this beach retreat. The townhome is fully furnished & features a spacious living area leading to a private deck with electric heated fireplace and cozy fireplace in living room, indoor laundry. Both bedrooms upstairs with king beds - each with its own balcony and walk-in closet. Unique quiet end unit location in the complex, difficult to find this close to the beach. Upon checkout you will see a "Property Fee" $500\. This will be refunded to you upon checkout if you do not go over the $250/per month SDG&E allotted energy/gas consumption. Anything over $250 will be deducted from the $500.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Carlsbad for a month. It exceeded our expectations for a rental property. Very clean, updated unit. We were very close to the beach. Hope to visit again one day.

Great location in Carlsbad walking distance to all the restaurants and one block to the beach. The unit has been completely remodeled and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of stairs to climb, but two parking spaces in the car port. Very dog friendly building.
