"The room is not very clean, not sure if it's because the building is a little old, but you can see dust around corners or behind the nightstand. Not a serious problem, but I wish to be cleaner. The front desk is very helpful, shout out to Liz (apologize if I misspell her name). She gave a lot of information and helped me get a new room immediately after I found the original room was manually locked. Very nice lady! In general, if I reached out, most staff would help to address the problem. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient, but breakfast needs to be paid for separately. The breakfast chef is very friendly, and most staff are also nice, they would check on you occasionally. One thing that kind of bothered me was that there was a room service guy on my floor who started working very early and closed each room's door loudly."

"Room was not clean, shower was broken no one fixed it, no conditioner or shampoo, i was stuck in the shower. Breakfast there is the worst thing you can imagine. Sausage and eggs and both tasted like medicine. "

"The location was excellent. The restaurant downstairs was lively at check in time but we had already eaten so we didn't try the food - look good though! The only negative was the shower. The grout was full of mold. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was nice and clean."
