In the centre of Carlazzo 5 km from the centre of Porlezza, 21 km from the centre of Lugano, in an elevated position, traffic calmed area, 5 km from the lake. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 30.Apr.. Motor access to 150 m from the house. 150 m footpath to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 5 km, bar 150 m, bus stop "C14 Menaggio-Porlezza-Cavargna" 180 m, railway station "Lugano" 22 km, grass beach "Porlezza" 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, natural swimming pond 3 km. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 5 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro, Menaggio, Grotte di Rescia, Villa Carlotta- Tremezzo, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Lugano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Cascate di Begna, Monte Grona - Rifugio Menaggio. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
