We have lovingly renovated the house in recent years and you will find 2 modern apartments behind the old walls on the upper floor. Two free-roaming family dogs also live on the property and are always happy to be petted. If you don't like dogs, our vacation apartments are not the right choice. We have set aside an area for our guests to which our dogs have no access and where you can relax under the fruit trees and have a barbecue. There is a play area, a small sandpit and a trampoline for children. They can play with a ball and run around on the lawn. The property is completely fenced in. In the small town of Neubukow, approx. 8 km away, there are shops, restaurants, a savings bank, ATMs and a train station. The Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar as well as the cathedral town of Bad Doberan are also easily accessible by bus and train. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits der Ostseeorte (25-35 Minuten Autofahrt), aber genau das ist für uns das Charmante an dieser Ferienwohnung. Je nach Wetter, Vorliebe und Laune unternehmen wir von hier aus Ausflüge an die Strände nach Kühlungsborn, Börgerende, Rerik oder zur Insel Poel, ins schöne Wismar, Bad Doberan oder Schwerin. Die Kinder lieben die Fahrt mit der Dampflok Molli oder das gute Eis von Cocos Eismilchbar, das es an mehreren Orten gibt - und überhaupt gibt es viele Unternehmungen, die man machen kann: Von Sommerrodelbahn bis Zoo. Und dann freuen wir uns jeden Abend, wieder auf dem Land anzukommen, in der Ruhe, bei den Schwalben, Spatzen und Hunden. Mit einem schönen Grillplatz, einem riesigen Garten, wo die Wäsche im Wind trocknet und es viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder gibt. Wo es sich gut auf festen Matratzen schläft und es auch gar nicht so schlimm ist, wenn Wlan oder mobile Daten mal nicht so schnell funken wie in der Stadt.
